Each independent size is positioned for cutting, and the front panel, pocket, and interface stripe positions are all aligned. The front and back panels and pocket plackets are all aligned, and the process is replicated, time-consuming and material consuming, ensuring that each piece is in the same position. All accessory hardware is accurately molded, and accessory materials are coded in a string.
